STAGE 1

6 Day Evaluation

Allow the new contractor the opportunity to observe, question, and slowly develop the basic requirements for a sales representative, while demonstrating the necessary emotional attitude for presentations on behalf of our client’s services and products in our typical working environment.

STAGE 2

Development into a trainer

It is dependent upon the individual’s ability to learn throughout the ‘6-Day Evaluation’. An assessment of the individual’s competencies, including their suitability for the role, is determined by the management of the business. While further developing their sales skills, the contractor in stage 2 will also be guided on establishing basic leadership practices.

STAGE 3

Development into Team Leader

It is during stage 3 that a contractor can now further develop their personal leadership skills in preparation  for introducing new contractors to the business.

STAGE 5

Development into an Assistant Manager

Is again dependent upon the leader being assessed as competent in all stage-3 criterias. As well as the COD criteria, there are team ‘size’ criterias that must be met before earning the title of  Team Manager. Stage 4 requires candidates to focus on each component of growth, including personal, sales, team and business development. Running their own business and accordingly, more is expected of them in this role.

STAGE 6

Development in to Branch Owner

The renewed roles and responsibilities of the Assistant Manager are an acknowledgement of their level of skills and   development in effectively building their own  skills and sales team within a pre – existing business structure. In recognition to this, the Branch Manager in stage 5 receives due incentives that will permit him/her to access the necessary funding required to establish their own business.
